We are aware that the company name or similar variations may have been referenced or misused by unrelated third parties in certain external reports or online publications. We wish to clearly state that there is no connection between Volksfx Labuan Ltd. and any such parties or activities.
The company remains a duly incorporated entity and is currently in the process of finalising its business commencement under the applicable regulatory framework in Labuan. Any adverse references circulating externally are unauthorised and do not reflect the nature, operations, or intentions of the company.
To avoid any potential public confusion and to protect stakeholders, the company has taken steps to proceed with a name change application and is also issuing this public clarification as part of its governance and compliance measures.
